Convector and recessed radiator EDR calc

Any online source of information for getting the EDR on these? I have a recessed radiator, 18"Wx22"H in 8 sections counting the end sections.

I also have numerous 8"H x various width recessed connectors.

This is in addition to traditional radiators.

Can all of these work with a hot water conversion? How is this done with a single pipe steam system while keeping the radiators?
