For starters what is the steam pressure, temperature, turbine type and eficiency, condensing assumed?

: I have a customer from India, wants to buy boilers for a 2 x 55MW electric plant. His calculations say they need 240 T/hr boilers, wear-as the Chinese boiler manufacturer swears 75 T/hr is fine.
: What gives? They both agree the price is about right, and the physical size, but somehow the tons of steam per hour is not the same.
: Anybody know what I'm missing here?
