I need to size a boiler system to heat oil for a biodiesel plant. The oil enters at 50 degrees and needs a temperature rise to 145 degree. @ 275 gallons per hour and retain temperature on 1800 gallons within the system of tanks with in the process continous. I have heat exchangers at each 300 gallon tank to recirculate heat. The boiler should be oil fired with a 500 gallon storage tank. I need some expert assistance ASAP.
