What are you use caustic on the boiler itself for? Do you have a R.O. system? If so I would suggest do what we did. We have the caustic injecting into our condensate tank that what it helps treat that tank, the DA and the boilers. Plus this way you don't have to consentrated caustic going into the boiler. Let me know what you get on the chemical test near the water columns.
