I have a Bryant Boiler - for a small row house and when the thermostat calls for heat - the ignitor clicks for ten minutes before it actually ignites the gas. If I turn off the thermostat after the gas has ignited and then turn it right back up - the ignitor only clicks for around 10 seconds if that much then it the gas kicks right on .... Does anyone know what I need to do? The gas chamber may need cleaned and I have cleaned gas fired furnaces before but not gas fired boilers - I have also cleaned oil fired burners - So one told me that the gas chamber in the boiler is like the oil - so that the gas end has a nozzle and not cone shape - Do I need to take about the gas chamber and clean the noozle? Or replace the noozle? Call me ASAP thanks
