I found this on the Weil-Mclain site, but it is for a VHE-3 boiler not the VHE-4.....Still it contains some very important information. Start with the caution on the first page of the manual and then go to page 9 and read about venting requirements.
Sorry you lost fiath in your repair man. It sounds to me like he is doing a good, safe job so far. Some problems cannot be solved the first trip.....
