Our particle count in one "clean room" (100K) jumps around alot. We have eliminated many possibilities and are now looking at contaminants in the live steam injection used for humidification. Steam is introduced in the ductwork, downstream of the HEPA's. Is there an easy way to confirm or eliminate this possibility? Water treatment appears to be in control. Could the amine treatment be the culprit?? Thanks.
