i would like to know what the temp. of a 25# steam line should be? at work some areas are very hot and our mechanics say its from the pipes.i put an electrinoc temp. measure and it read 269 deg. f.that seems hot.can the boiler be adjusted to turn down the heat on the steam or does it need that much heat?
