High Efficiency Boiler for Hydronic Heat

I'm planning on replacing my old boiler with a new, high efficiency type for an apartment building of 6 units.
Current boiler specs:
160,000 BTU input
Bryant brand (over 30 years old)
6 zones
Tyco circulator pump

What is the best size and brand to get?
