boiler feed pumps

I am currently a boiler operator. At the plant I work at the process steam pressure to the plant was lowered to increase the output on our extraction turbine. The extraction pressure was originally set @125psi(drum pressure 600psi). This pressure was reduced to 90 psi. For process purposes this reduction had little effect but on the utility side things were a bit different. My question is what would be the amount of capacity loss on our boiler turbine feed pumps when the inlet pressure was reduced from 125psi to 90 psi? I have been told from some of the operators who were here in the past that we were able to carry the boiler load with 1 turbine feed pump before but now it takes our 2 turbine pumps and sometimes an electric pump to hold the load. What would be the flow difference of 125 psi in and 20 psi exhaust , and 90 psi in and 20psi exhaust.
Any help would be greratly appreciated.
