I just installed 2 new burnum boilers with power flame burners in a 12 story 75 yr old builing. Most floors are toasty warm but one floor will be cold, radiaters are cold even pipe coming up out of floor is cold. Boiler pressure at 5 lbs , header pressure at 3 lbs, header is shared by lead & lag boilers,also boiler system has condonsait return pumps that come on at #1 low water cut off. Could condonsaition be getting traped in the line and not letting steam pass thru.
