Replacing 50 yr old Gas Fired Boiler with Corn Boiler

I would like to replace our existing 50+ year old boiler with multi-fuel boiler. I am considering a burners that would burn corn, waste oil, and natural gas as a back up. Will this save me BIG $, or am I all wet?
