weil-mclain GV4 gas boiler collecting water in exhaust pipe

Hi All,

My Weil-McLain GV4 series 2 gas boiler is collecting water in the exhaust pipe all of a sudden. I have to go down and pull the exhaust pipe out of the boiler and empty the water for the last 2 days. I origially thought it might be the vent being to open to rain, but I put a new vent on that points downward. I still collects water. When therer is water in the pipet the boiler kicks off makes a lot of noise. Any suggestions?
