: We have two bryan water tube steam boilers that operate at 25psi. we cannot seem to maintain the conductivity to less that 2500 and the alkalinity readings are also high the auto blowdown is set to go off 6 times a day for 1 minute. We are doing frequent shorter bottom blowdowns and the chemical feed is turned off but readings are creeping higher and higher.
: what can we do?

I think you need to soften the water to get the ph adjusted. You do need to get the boiler examined by the manufacturers rep for frequent blowdowns. In the meantime is it possible to reduce fuel supply rates?
