For the start of a boiler, what safety systems is better or more recommendable? Honeywell or Fireye?
I review the burner controller of each manufacturer Honeywell and Fireye. And the basic different is:
Honeywell need a DPSL between the suction and discharge of the draft fan (combustion air supply pressure switch) with two limit switches, low and high fire.
And Fireye need a DPSL between the suction of the DF and the end of the furnace (the pressure in the furnace during the purge).
Does exist some norm or rule about this?
Does the NFPA recommends something or some other organization?
Thank you for your help.
