My hospital has four (4) new Vapor boilers around 6 years old. I am going through the Dean Circulating Pumps like crazy. I'll be lucky if they will last six months, not six months running, just six months as I like the boilers rotated in use. If it isn't the seals, it will be the bearings. The past two failures have been sudden and without warning; ie: no leaking seal or excess vibration, just bamm! no more circ pump.
Feeling insecure, I started sending the pumps out to be repaired but there was no change in the pattern.
I am not on speaking terms with vapor, my emails remain unanswered and the phone calls are dropped.
