In addition to the previous suggestions, if they're plain steel tanks (no diaphragm), then an airtrol fitting is required to prevent the tank from slowly waterlogging. The airtrol fitting screws into the connecton on the bottom of the tank, and has a copper tube that extends up into the tank, above the water line. It prevents the water from gradually absorbing the air in the tank.
