: : We have a meter that totalizes the 250 psi in lbs/hr. The steam is then reduced to 125 for the plant. Considering that the heat content is different and the volume is also, I'm curious if this effects how it's measured.

: : Is 1 lb of 250 psi steam equal to 1 lb of 125 psi steam?
