: what is the formula, if there is on, for calculation Btu content of steam at a given pressure. Ex. If I am delivering steam to a building at 60 psi and change it to 15 psi what is the difference in the Btu's from 60 to 15? Any help would be appreciated.

A set of steam tables will show the enthalpy of saturated steam at different pressures. Don't forget to consider the impact in piping with the difference in densities and different saturated temperatures among other details associated with a change in operating pressure.
