I have a 4,000 sq ft commercial building. The steam radiators are old and hard to replace. There are 2 floors of approx. equal area. Can I cap the second floor radiators, remove them from the system, essentially halving my number of radiators and use the same boiler. (I can convert to electric baseboard.) I suspect there is a pressure excess getting in my way but I wonder if there is a way to reduce that output. I have a Utica Starfire 3.
