weird boiler water

We are running a Cleaver Brooks 800HP firetube boiler. Yesterday I came into work and when I did my water tests the boiler water was red and opaque like tomato juice. The PO4 reading is off the chart but all other chemical readings and PH are normal. All condensate returning to the deaerator and feed water are perfect so the issue is in the boiler itself. All I can figure is that somehow we ended up with a large deposit of PO4 in the boiler that ended up getting mixed into the water. Does anyone have any other ideas or has anyone else seen this before and knows what is going on?

Thanks
