I have a 1960 Richmond boiler with 152,000 BTU input and 121,600 BTU output. The boiler is working fine but it is old and not as efficient as units today. The boiler supplies heat to a 2 unit duplex and each has a separate hot water heater.
Any advice regarding a cost effective replacement? Should I eliminate the hot water heaters and let the new boiler provide the hot water? THANKS.
