Can you help ? I have a Vaillant combination boiler, but have no manual and cannot see a model number on it. The boiler stopped working this evening, I noticed the water pressure was down to under a bar so have put it up to about 1.4 bar. I do not know how to relight the pilot light. There are 2 buttons behind the bottom panel, the lower one has a flame picture on it the top one a circle. There is what appears to be an igniter switch on the bottom of the boiler. I have tried igniting by holding the flame switch and pushing the bottom ignition switch but not much is happening. Do you know if what I am doing it correct procedure or is there something else i should be doing?
