Re-line/replace oil furnace combustion chamber

I need to either re-line or replace the combustion chamber in an International (Utica Boiler) oil furnace. The liner is deteriorating and needs attention. There is no data tag and so I do not know the model number or what parts to order. Does anyone have experience re-lining or replacing the combustion chamber? How can I identify this furnace so I can get the right parts?
