Mgmt wants to start the boiler guys rotating. We have 3 guys that work 8hr shifts and one is off every third week end and the other 2 work 12hrs this works out good for us, but mgmt whats to have 4 guys and rotate times with diff days off, none of us want this. Does any one have any info on safty or health when it comes to rotating, is there a way to stop this? Can they make the chief engr rotate? This is in New Jersey. Any info or feedback is appreciated. TIA Bill
