:I installed my first peerless 140 in 2003. I had so many problems including blower failure they finally gave me another one. Now, during the summer when I'm heating my water it's ok but as soon as it gets real cold I keep gettng F-09 flame failure codes I've changed boards, igniters, and sensors. The factory rep came up from Jersey and actually took the whole thing apart last year Guess what ? I still haven't gotten a whole nights sleep. I have to go down and reset it almost everytime. It always starts back up ! But what a pain ! Would love to replace it but too stubborn to spend the money after I have this one !.
