We fabricate 1 and 2 tons Steam Boilers recently at our workshop in Indonesia. A customer questions about estimating steam consumption in a room dimensioned approx. 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.5 m for their factory's cracker production.
They need to build a larger Boiler to accommodate expansion, but need to know estimations on steam usage in that specified chamber. Currently they utilise a 60-m piping to channel the 70 degrees Celcius heat from the Boiler to a production room.
