I have two Cleaver Brooks CB200-200 with about 120% excess air, my customer requirements are 40% or below, the only way I could achieve this was with more gas and less air but by this time the flame was way too rich and sooting up.
Any ideas on how to fix this? Maybe bad shelf gasket? or rear door gasket?
any information will be greatly appreciated.
