We are hiring a new operator and and adding a chip plant so we have a chance to redo the work schedule to fit. We have 6 men to cover 3 shifts 24/7 and I was wondering if anyone had the same man power and the same coverage as we have? We are looking into every possible alternative, 10 hour days are possible, 12 hours days, and of course 8, let me know if this sounds framiliar to anyone, thanks.
