We are about to pass one year of operation with our 300hp LX boilers. The only major problem we have had with the boilers, is with the relay board in the control section. We had relays on this board that have discolored, with carbon deposits, and eventually lost enough voltage that they went into some very strange lock outs. What size are yours? You might want to check the soldered relays on the relay boards periodicly for arcing. Water treatment is the key to these babies. Personally I like um. They are cheap to operate!!
