procedure for cutting a boiler online in a bank of boilers. why do many books tell you to not open the stem on non return untill the boiler reaches 85 percent of header pressure. what is the reson for this procedure. why not open the stem before lighting the boiler off after draining the header out since the non return dosent open anyway untill the pressure is greater then the hearder pressure thank you
