Had the same thing happen just last week on a P140, the plastic impeller came apart jamming the blower. Also have the extended warranty, otherwise $1,000 to fix. I removed the blower from the housing and cleaned out the broken parts, even though the blower was now free to rotate, it wouldn't, jamming the motor must have taken out another component. Initially has been an extremely poor performing product, took me over two years to get it running trouble free until this latest incident. Wasn't until I and my HVAC contractor threatened to have another brand installed did anyone pay any attention. You need to clean the combustion chamber once a year. If I have to replace it in the future it won't be another Peerless. If anyone is interested I have photos of the disintegrated blower impeller that I can email.
