The operators in the boiler room at work insist that the boss should supply tools. The way i see it nowadays,most employers require you bring your own. How many of you guys bring your own,these guys won't even bring a pocket screwdriver. I can understand the boss buying a 4' pipe wrench, but shouldn't a mechanic have his own tools? I always brought mine.
