Have you considered the impact and cost of circulation pumps on your existing system ?? These pumps can be of significant horsepower and will contribute significantly to a yearly opeating expense.

Is this even feasable with the age and configuration of the piping contained within your building ? If the building is multi-story, then the pumps will have a significant head to operate against (read high electric bills..)
