I have also seen O&M costs summarized in prospectus documents for investors interested in putting money into new combined cycle power projects. Perhaps a few GOOGLE searches using the right terms would help..
I feel that 3.1 cents/kw sounds awfully high for any large or medium sized plant. (does this include the cost of spare parts ?...it should't) The very smallestplants, of course, will have a higher figure
