How long is the run? How much pressure drop can you stand? I doubt very much that you'll get anything approaching 175,000 #/hr through this line at 45 PSIG. You can probably push something like 70,000 #/hr through it at 45 PSIG, depending... Find a copy of the "Flow Of Fluids - Technical Paper No. 410" by Crane and/or the software based on it.
