:Sulfite and Caustic should be piped to the DA Tank, and Phosphate should be piped to the Feedwater line going to each individual Boiler...each Boiler should have it's own Phosphate pump. Nice to have a "Layup" or extra Caustic and Sulfite pump with a manifold allowing individual boiler treatment in case of problems or for bringing up a Boiler that has been off-line for a while.
: What problems could one expect, if they used a system that injects chemicals (caustic, phosphate, sludge) into the feed water line that is supplying 3 boilers that operate at 200PSI?
: Most of the time 2 boilers are running, and the third is rotated in and out with the other two, so that at all times, at least to boilers are running. Load varies from 80 - 125Kpph.
: There is much more to this, but I am curious as to what you all think.
