: What problems could one expect, if they used a system that injects chemicals (caustic, phosphate, sludge) into the feed water line that is supplying 3 boilers that operate at 200PSI?

: Most of the time 2 boilers are running, and the third is rotated in and out with the other two, so that at all times, at least to boilers are running. Load varies from 80 - 125Kpph.

: There is much more to this, but I am curious as to what you all think.

: Thanks,

My suggestion is to be sure and pipe into the feedwater, or DA Tank and not just into the feedwater line that supplies the units. I have seen chemicals piped into the makeup water to the tanks which causes problems. In example, chemicals in your domestic water line in your room, and eventually making it's way back to your plant. Pipe into the tank and let the feed pumps do your work.
