We started noticing a buzzing in the glass of the "control" room, and you could see the radio antenna wiggle, sometimes it was worse than others(could feel it in the the floor), we noticed the worse corresponded to a certain firing rate range. We shut down the unit looked at the forced draft fan, filthy! Cleaned it, no change... sent it out to get balanced - vibrations gone!
I have heard similar stories for induced draft fans as well.
