I suppose a real SEAL, or any other Special Ops guy, you wouldn't be able to tell them from anybody else at first glance... Its probably the same with boiler operators and stationary engineers... except that if the area you are in requires a license and an inspector asked to see one, the licensed boiler dude might politely push the license up the inspectors nose (unless they were friends - HA!) (let your imagination go wild with what the special ops guy would do...)
