Dear Sir/Madam,
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2004.
Need some guidance on the following. We have installed four units of 10 Bar steam heater and a Danish Danstoker boiler with 12 Bar capacity.
An exhaust fan is used to suck out the heat from the steam heater to the machine. Main objective is to generate at least temperature of 180 degree celcius for roasting purpose.
However, the max temperature at the moment is 140 deg C and boiler is running at 9 Bar. Based on the steam table, the temperature should be around 170~180 deg C.
Steam trap is installed only after the exchange of heat at the heater.
Pls advise. Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Dominic
