Caustic alkalanity/Phosphate

Dear Members,

As i like to know the How much Caustic soda flakes were to be added in one tonne of water to get the total solution 300 PPM Caustic Alkalanity.

And also how much Trisodium Phosphate is to be added ne tonne of water to get the 30 PPM phosphate .
