: We have a customer (office bldg)who shuts down their steam boiler at the end of each day and fires it back up in the morning. Boiler leaks water on floor when cold. Customer refuses to believe that this constant heating and cooling is detrimental to the boiler unless I can produce written evidence from a manufacturer. Any guidance on where I can obtain such a statement.
