The boiler water appears clean and all tests show the proper amount of chemical but the water cavitates and cuts the boiler off several times daily. The previous boiler never cut off and always functioned well on the water side. A boil out was done at time of installation and the boiler has been flushed many times. Is this common with these cast iron boilers? Can anyone offer a suggestion????????
