Has the airflow switch been checked, and is the sensing tube clear. Also check the blower motor starter interlock sometimes they may not be making very good contact and you will get the same indicator. when this happens the blower will be running. hope this helps
: I have a 20Hp Hurst boiler with a Fireye control on it. My boiler seems to keep cutting off randomly and when it does cutoff then won't turn back on till pressure goes way down...sometimes at 75psi or 50psi or even down to 20. Nobody seems to be able to fix it. When it is waiting to come on, the INTRLCK led on the Fireye keeps blinking. The techs tell me that it has to do with the adjustment of the airflow....but they have adjusted it several times and it ain't helping. If you have any suggestions please let me know.
