Never heard of anyway of actaually collecting it. The proper idea is actually recirculating it and reburning a certain percentage of it. What type and make of boiler and burner are you attempting to modify? Be VERY careful on this process. The density of the flue gas can do some really weird things in your combustion chamber, so, don't just stick a pipe from your stack back to the dampner intake.
