We have both types (low pressure <15 psi cast iron sectionals). IF you can run boiler with a power burner, go with weil McClain series 80 or 88 series. A pressure burner has approx 80% heat transfer efficiency vs 60% for atmospheric burners. Weil McClain also has some higher effcient models.

As for atmoshpheric, they are very reliable with no moving parts, but gas prices are very high.
