QFO for operators will be a requirement eventually. In 1995 the EPA left it up to the states to implement it and no states did. There is a possibility that the EPA will take it over and require it nationwide. There are testing centers already set up for it at various Sylvan Learning centers throughout the country. My company has a Prep Course designed for this purpose. Go to hpcnet.com and check under power generation, boilers, B320.
