All of the ecconmizers that we supply have recirc lines.They will prevent the eccomizer from over heating which causes the relief to lift.They are also required because during the time when the boiler is comming up to pressure the feed water will hold more heat due to the higher feed water press. When the boiler does need water it flashes and may cause low water in the boiler.The reserc line must be sized properly to keep the ecconomizer from over heating, but if there is too much return it can over heat the dearator.
