Thanks for the detailed suggestions. More on the low water level.

We have checked the feed pumps and they were OK. In fact, one of the units is a new one. We have checked the steam traps, other than one or two bad ones, the rest are OK, although recently we have observed high "vapour blow off" apparent from the "white smoke". The condensate has been at 94 deg C for some times. The load is also normal. Strainer and feedpump line were checked and were found to be OK.

We have paired the small boiler (2500 KG) and the larger one (4800 KG) running at the same time, the LWCO did not happend as often as when we paired two large units together (both 4800 Kg).
